The Bachelor of Science in Medical Science (BSMS) prepares students to enter a graduate-level physician assistant program. The BSMS program's educational environment promotes service, responsibility, an emphasis on morals and ethics, a quest for academic excellence, and an avid desire for self-directed lifelong learning in a spiritually enriched environment, while preparing students to apply evidence-based medical knowledge.

Program graduates are dedicated to serving patients and communities. They show respect for the dignity, worth, and rights of others, while serving with integrity, accountability, and trust as developing leaders in an evolving profession. They become potential advocates and innovators for augmenting, complementing, and advancing the quality, accessibility, and transformation of the healthcare system.
