Office of Inclusive Excellence

The mission of the Office of Inclusive Excellence- Diversity Institute is to facilitate, support and engage diversity in the local community. The Diversity Institute provides leadership, resources and support to serve as a transforming change agent and promote inclusion in our community and region.

Services offered:

Consulting (targeted towards corporations, organizations, and educational institutions)

Sample workshops include organizational communication; student leadership development; building an inclusive organizational culture

Community engagement, including

The annual Diversity Institute Camp and community picnic

The annual Diversity Institute dinner

Educational programs, including

Our inclusive excellence curriculum which provides CEUs and results in an Inclusive Excellence Mastery Certificate
