

Misericordia's one of a kind Guaranteed Placement Program (or GPP) is a professional development program designed to supplement a student’s formal education.
Established in 1999, the GPP integrates classroom instruction, experiential education, service leadership on-and off- campus, and career focused activity experiences. The program is designed to assist students looking to enter the workforce or graduate school after graduation. Our professional preparation workshops include:
Our Guarantee states that if any student, who fully participates in our program for all four years of their college experience, does not receive a job offer or is not accepted into graduate/professional school within six months of graduation, the University provides that student a paid internship in their chosen field.
