Misericordia University extends its appreciation to all those who will serve as delegates representing their institution during the Inauguration of Dr. Daniel J. Myers. If you have not already registered, you may register now using this delegate registration form

Arrival, Robing, and Procession

Delegates are welcome at the dignitary lunch at noon, the ceremony at 2 p.m., and the reception that follows.

Delegates attending lunch should arrive between 11:45 a.m. and noon with their academic regalia and report to Sandy and Marlene Insalaco Hall. Follow the signs for check in. Lunch will be on the upper concourse level. Lunch ends and 1 p.m. Delegates will be directed to the assembly area at 1:15 p.m.

Delegates not attending lunch should arrive between 1 and 1:15 p.m. with their academic attire at Sandy and Marlene Insalaco Hall. Misericordia staff/volunteers/marshals will assist and provide details about the order of the procession. Delegates may leave personal items in the robing rooms; staff will be on hand to watch personal items. Restrooms and light refreshments will be available in the robing area.

Procession line-up will be between 1:15 and 1:30 p.m. in order to begin the Inauguration Ceremony promptly at 1:45 p.m.

Please note that you are responsible for bringing your academic or regalia. If you do not have your own, please check with your host institution about providing that for you.

Inauguration Reception

Following the ceremony, we invite you to join us for a open reception located in Insalaco Hall. The celebration will include light refreshments and the opportunity to meet Dr. Myers, students, faculty, staff, trustees, alumni, and other college, university, and organization delegates.
