Understanding and Navigating Conflict Successfully

Understanding and Navigating Conflict is a hands-on introspective learning experience that enables leaders to raise their self-awareness of how they naturally handle conflict at work. Leaders will begin to reframe their mindset on conflict with a positive productive approach best suited for the situation and their team.

Participants will complete a self-assessment to ascertain their natural approach to handling conflict. You will then be guided through thoughtful exercises, using the LEGO® Serious Play® method to understand the pros, cons, and opportunities to use different approaches to conflict.
