Registration is not complete until full payment is received.

Registrants will receive confirmation of their enrollment via email upon successful payment.

The University reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.

In the event the course is canceled by the provider, registrants will receive a full refund or may transfer to another course.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) at least 7 calendar days prior to the start of the course.

Refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 7 calendar days prior to the course start date.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course begins, or for no-shows.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to the necessary technology (device, internet connection, video conferencing software) to participate in the course.

No refunds will be issued due to technical difficulties on the participant’s end.

Participants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner throughout the course.

The provider reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

All course materials are the intellectual property of the course provider or instructor and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

If sessions are recorded, participants will be notified in advance. By participating, you consent to being recorded.

Participants must attend the required sessions to receive a certificate of completion (if applicable).

Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for course administration and communication.

The course provider reserves the right to modify the course schedule, content, or instructor when necessary.

Reasonable efforts will be made to inform participants of any changes.
