Regional leaders from higher education, industry, workforce development, economic development, government, and community organizations gathered at Misericordia University to explore the partnerships, skills strategies, and shared commitments needed to strengthen workforce development across NEPA.

Continuing the Conversation

The conversation began on March 26, 2026 at Misericordia University’s Workforce Symposium, and now we look to continue the conversation. This webpage is intended to serve as a virtual venue for ongoing dialogue, resource sharing, and meaningful action as we work together to advance impactful workforce development initiatives across our region.
