Alumni Business Directory Terms and Conditions

The Misericordia University Alumni Relations Department reserves the right to refuse to post Alumni Business Directory listings for any reason at any time. The department may remove content that it determines in its sole discretion is offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property.

By submitting a business listing, you warrant that the business described in that listing is owned by an alumnus/a of Misericordia University and that the information submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Information submitted to the Directory may be accessed by individuals who are not affiliated with the Misericordia University. The use of this Directory or the contact information contained within for solicitation purposes of any kind is strictly prohibited. In addition, using the information contained in this Directory for any unauthorized private, commercial, or political mailing is prohibited. The Misericordia University Alumni Relations Department does not endorse or make any other representations concerning any of the businesses registered on the Directory.

An alumni-owned business is a privately owned company or sole proprietorship. Not applicable as an alumni-owned business: Distributor’s and/or Independent Consultants of MLM (multilevel marketing) companies, for example, Herbalife, Rodan & Fields, etc.

The individual or party agrees that the Class Note below can be posted publicly. The Alumni Relations team will not post any address, phone number, and email. By submitting a Class Note, you warrant that the announcement described in this form that the information submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Information submitted to the webpage may be accessed by individuals who are not affiliated with the Misericordia University. The use of the webpage or the contact information contained within for solicitation purposes of any kind is strictly prohibited. In addition, using the information contained in the webpage for any unauthorized private, commercial, or political mailing is prohibited.
