Join us for a four-day celebration at three of MU students’ favorite spots, where laughs were shared, stories began, and traditions live on.

PARTICIPATING VENUES:

WANT YOUR NAME ON ARCHIE'S TAB?  HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

1. Visit any of the participating venues during their regular hours from Thursday, Sept. 25 to Sunday, Sept. 28.
2. Order a drink— whether it's a cocktail, mocktail, or anything is between— and say, "PUT IT ON ARCHIE'S TAB!"
3. The bartender will know your first drink is covered courtesy of the MU Alumni Association, and will hand you a ticket containing  a QR code. 
4. Scan the QR code and register your visit.
5. VISIT ALL THREE LOCATIONS to receive a bonus entry into our grand prize giveaway!
          *Snap a selfie with your friends or family during the Crawl and upload it to earn a double entry into the giveaway. 

Every participant will receive one drink ticket per participating venue, for a total of three drink tickets to enjoy throughout the four-day Crawl. 

*MUST BE 21+ to participate.

11:30 AM | Archie’s Tailgating/Alumni Homecoming Reunion Tent

Back by popular demand, Crown the Cougar Cubs returns for its second year to celebrate the legacy, pride, and spirit of our Misericordia families! This heartwarming tradition honors the next generation of Cougars by crowning a Cougar Cub Prince and Princess! 

THE CELEBRATION UNFOLDS IN THREE EXCITING PARTS:

1. CROWNING CEREMONY | 11:30 AM
   During Archie’s Tailgating, our Cubs will be crowned front and center near the DJ booth and presented with a special gift as part of the day’s main festivities.
2. CAMPUS RIDE
   After the crowning, the Cougar Cubs will have the opportunity to practice their royal wave and be driven around campus in style, greeting alumni and our MU community.
3. FOOTBALL FIELD WALKOUT
   During halftime, they’ll join the Homecoming King and Queen for a special walkout on the football field, taking their place in one of Homecoming’s most memorable moments!

MU alumni can nominate their child (ages 5–10) for a chance to be crowned Cougar Cub Prince or Princess during this year’s Homecoming Reunion celebration!

Alumni, parents, and friends visiting campus for Reunion Homecoming events, we invite you to park in NON-TAILGATING areas and join the fun by walking over to all of the tailgate activities. REMINDER: Tailgating activities, such as grilling, music, and alcoholic beverages, are ONLY permitted in the designated tailgating area. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.

We expect many visitors in town during Homecoming Reunion. We recommend contact the local hotels directly and mention Misericordia University for access to special discounted rates, exclusively for our Alumni and guests. For a list of local hotels click here. Prices and availability are subject to change. *MU cannot guarantee rooms at any area hotel.

Yes! Registrations help us decide how much food to order and how many seats to provide at certain events. Even if an event is free, it is helpful for the event planners to know how many guests to expect.

Yes – you won’t want to miss out on the fun of tailgating and reconnecting with friends at various events throughout the weekend. Registration for each event varies. *TAILGATING REGISTRATION will close on Friday, September 19^th, at noon.

Absolutely! You can add events or guests to your registration as long as space is available. To update your registration, contact the Alumni Relations Team at alumni@misericordia.edu or 570-674-6764. If you need to cancel any events, be aware that fees are non-refundable.

When the University determines that our campus has reached its capacity, we may close registration. However, alumni, parents, friends, and student attendees are still invited to park in NON-TAILGATING areas and join the fun by walking over to the tailgate activities.

Yes – we have activities planned for kids of all ages on Saturday in Archie’s Tailgating! Watch the magic unfold with our balloon-twisting wizard, creative and colorful face paintings, live music, and more. It’s going to be a family-friendly event filled with smiles and excitement for everyone.

Archie’s Tailgating will open at 8AM, please enter main campus through the Arch. At the ‘Y’, stay to the left, follow signage and safety officers directing you toward North Gate. For a smooth entry and to assist our safety officers, please be sure to PRINT YOUR TAILGATING PARKING PASS AND PURCHASE RECEIPT, as phone display WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

If you are attending any Homecoming Reunion events that do not include tailgating, please proceed to the event location listed with each event description on the Schedule of Events tab located on this page.

If you’re attending Reunion events and not Archie’s Tailgating, please enter main campus through the Arch. At the Y, follow the ALUMNI EVENTS signage.

Absolutely! If you decide to join us for Homecoming Reunion tailgating fun at the last minute, you are welcome to come to campus. When you arrive, look for the signs or directions provided by safety officers regarding where to park. You can park outside of the designated tailgating area and walk over to meet up with your friends.

Homecoming Reunion will take place rain or shine! For any changes or updates to Athletic events due to weather, be sure to visit https://athletics.misericordia.edu/calendar

Event registration fees are nonrefundable. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Should you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, or in the unlikely event the University cancels an event, we will provide a refund.
