We are very excited for you to begin your college career and hope you are looking forward to “Go for the Gold” here at Misericordia University! The staff has been working extra hard to make your virtual orientation informative and comprehensive with live and interactive sessions as well as some self-directed modules. This will provide opportunities for you to meet your fellow students, staff and faculty which start the week of June 14th. You are also invited to spend a day on campus with our orientation leaders and have some fun by participating in a variety of Olympic games and other activities. This day is not mandatory but, following all the necessary guidelines, we encourage you to come to campus and get a jump on making some new friends!
Throughout the summer, you will be able to work through the steps found on the Orientation tab and there will be notifications of different events which will help you in your transition to college life. Please visit www.miseriordia.edu/cougarsinthecave for updates and important links. Dates of live sessions and/or modules will be available by going to the calendar link.
Final orientation will be held from August 26th thru 29th. This is mandatory for all first-year students. Commuter students please know that you are required to participate in all activities so, if you are employed, you will need to plan accordingly. We know you will find MU orientation both beneficial and lots of fun!
