SPRING 2024
Program Description:
Whether you are an advanced athlete or a novice, you will work at your own level to pursue your individual goals to feel the improvement with each class. By using weights, you will build not only muscles but bones while improving your strength weekly. Challenge yourself to enjoy doing what you love without the after affect of a strenuous workout. I promise you will be smiling as you feel and see changes. If weight loss is a goal you will practice techniques to enhance your goals.
Additionally, core-focused exercises, including planks, crunches, and stability exercises, target the muscles in the abdomen, lower back, and pelvis, promoting stability, balance, and overall core strength. This class provides a well-rounded workout that challenges the body and helps individuals develop a strong, resilient, and functional physique.
Instructor:
Donna Bernstein with over 30 years of training will teach a new class focused on stamina, strength, and core combining various exercises and techniques to improve overall endurance, muscular strength, and core stability.
