Alumni can be nominated for one of six different awards. They are:
The Mother Mary Catherine McGann Alumni Achievement Award (distinguished and sustained career achievements)
The Hilda Staub Garey Award (MUAA member for extraordinary service)
The Sister of Mercy Award (a sister who has rendered exceptional service and sustained professional achievement)
The Alumni Medallion Award (an anniversary class member that has demonstrated a commitment to outstanding community service, strengthening family life, or distinguished professional contributions.)
The Mission Award (an alumna/us who exemplifies the mission of Misericordia)
The Young Alumna/Alumnus Award (awarded, from time to time, to a traditional undergraduate alumna or alumnus who has graduated within the past ten (10) years and who demonstrated outstanding professional achievements and/or community or civic service.)
