Cheers to Alumni Forever

This virtual event is here to celebrate YOU, The Winter/December Class of 2020 as the next wonderful installment of the Alumni Association.

On behalf of over 19,000 Misericordia University alumni, the Alumni Relations team, and the Alumni Association, we hope you will join us to celebrate your accomplishments. Grab your favorite beverage in your commemorative champagne glass, and join us for a virtual toast. Prizes will be given out randomly to graduates who register and attend the live presentation.

Sunday, December 20, 2020 - A Celebration of our May 2020 Graduates

10 a.m. – YouTube Video Stream

Dr. Kathleen Owens, President, will officially confer the degrees to our May 2020 graduates. Enjoy remarks from our class valedictorians as well as brief remarks from other university officials acknowledging the special circumstances and accomplishments of the Class of 2020.

10:25 a.m. – Individual Recognition

May graduates will be recognized personally in small groups by major or college during live “break out” rooms. Please consult your email (personal or university) for your link to your assigned room. Academic attire may be worn for this recognition. Rooms have not yet been assigned. For some majors, May and December groups may be combined.

2 p.m. – YouTube Video Stream

Watch this video presentation along with your families and fellow students as Dr. Kathleen Owens, President, will officially confer the degrees to our August and December 2020 graduates. The winter class student speaker will offer remarks as well.

2:25 p.m. – Individual Recognition

December and August graduates will be recognized personally in small groups by major or college during live “break out” rooms. Please consult your university email for a link to your assigned room. Academic attire may be worn for this recognition. Rooms have not yet been assigned. For some majors, May and December groups may be combined.

Don’t miss out on graduation photographs because of COVID-19.

Misericordia University has arranged with Earl & Sedor Photographic for special pricing during the pandemic. Appointments can be made by calling the studio at 570-357-5430 or emailing johns@earlandsedor.com.

Packages starting at just $99 includes cap & gown photography session. All sessions will be at the studio location in Kingston, Pennsylvania. All CDC guidelines will be followed. Only one client will be in studio at a time.
