OT Career Exploration Camp Application

CAMP DATES 2020: JUNE 28 TO JUNE 30

ARRIVE SUNDAY AFTERNOON June 28 THROUGH TUESDAY June 30

For best consideration, applications should be received by April 1, 2020. Applicants will be notified whether they have been accepted by May 1, 2020. The fee for summer camp is $100.00 to be paid upon acceptance.

Please note acceptance to the camp is on a competitive basis, and is not first come-first served. All applications are reviewed. Students should not assume they have a spot in the camp until hearing of the camp decisions after May 1.

Please keep in mind when choosing to apply that:

1. The camp is intended for persons who have an interest in both OT and Misericordia University.
2. The camp is not designed for students whose primary interest is physical therapy and Misericordia University. Please contact the Admissions Dept. at MU for further information about physical therapy at MU.
3. There is some scholarship money available for students who have financial limitations to help cover part or all of the 100.00 fee if admitted. Students should note on their application of such as part of their answer to question 6.
4. Students who are admitted to the camp will be required to send proof of their academic performance to date in high school via a copy of their high school transcript.
