Make healthcare better at every level.
Our online MSN-DNP allows nurses like you to achieve the highest level of proficiency in delivering complex care over the patient lifespan. Or, if you’re more driven to influence the industry in roles that don’t involve direct patient care, our program can prepare you for positions such as administrator, executive leader, informaticist, health policy specialist, public health advocate, nurse educator, and more.
Choosing to earn an online MSN-DNP degree helps establish a higher level of credibility. This can make a significant difference for nurses who have a passion for affecting the bigger picture — like improving systems of care, translating evidence-based care into practice, and measuring outcomes of groups of patients and communities.
Plan for success around your schedule.
The 27-credit, part-time MSN to DNP track can be completed in two calendar years during the fall, spring, and summer over six semesters. An optional nine-credit specialization in nursing education is also available on a cohort basis for advanced practice nurses who wish to become educators on the collegiate level.
You’re eligible to apply for this program if you’re one of the following:
- Nationally board-certified with unencumbered RN and APRN licenses including:
- Certified registered nurse practitioner (CRNP)
- Certified nurse midwife (CNM)
- Certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA)
- Certified clinical nurse specialist (CNS)
Due to the integrated nature of the DNP program coursework, no doctoral-level transfer courses will be accepted.
