Alumnae Hall is a traditional co-ed residence with standard double rooms for first-year and upper-class students. The three-floor building connects to McGowan Hall, where students share modern recreational lounges, study areas, and a full kitchen facility.

The residence includes air conditioning, elevator access, and washers and dryers in the basement.

Rooms include individual sinks, closets, dressers, desks, chairs, and beds. Ethernet and wireless internet access are available in each room. Television service is streaming and provided by Xfinity.

Gildea Hall opened in 1995 as a residence option for upper-class students. Instead of standard double rooms, Gildea offers suites that are co-ed by unit and hold three, five, or six occupants. The four-floor building includes air conditioning and elevator access.

Each suite includes a full bath, a common room, and several bedrooms with loftable furniture. Bedrooms may be singles, doubles, triples, or quadruples. Each bedroom includes ethernet and wireless internet access, desks, wardrobe closets, and dressers. Television service is streaming and provided by Xfinity.

The upper three floors have small lounges for study or recreation. Lounges include televisions, and a ping pong table is available in the lobby. Community kitchenettes are located across from the lounges, and washers and dryers are in the basement.

Michael and Tina MacDowell Hall is a 37,000-square-foot, three-story residence near the North Gate of campus and across from the Anderson Sports and Health Center.

MacDowell Hall offers 117 beds for student housing and also includes three academic classrooms. Residential spaces are arranged as three- and five-person apartment-style units with full kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms, and bedrooms.

Three-person apartments include one single and one double bedroom. Five-person apartments include one single and two double bedrooms. Each living room and bedroom includes ethernet and wireless internet access. Television service is streaming and provided by Xfinity.

McGowan Hall was dedicated and opened in Spring 2008. The residence is a modern double-room facility for upper-class and first-year students.

Recreational lounges are located on the second and fourth floors and include a full-size kitchen, couches, chairs, tables, a flat screen television, and a view of the center of campus. The third floor lounge has similar amenities without a full kitchen and also includes a ping pong table. Furnished study areas are located on each floor, and each lounge includes wireless internet access.

Bedrooms are double-standard with a private full bathroom shared with the bedroom next door. Each bedroom includes wardrobes, desks, dressers, beds, and a sink. Ethernet and wireless internet access are available in each room. Television service is streaming and provided by Xfinity.

McHale Hall is a traditional standard double-room residence for first-year students. It is co-ed by floor or wing and includes air conditioning and elevator access.

The ground floor houses twenty-seven residents as well as the Fireside Lounge, a recreation and retreat space with a full kitchen, bathrooms, a big screen television, ping pong table, couches, chairs, and tables. The lounge is also used for student gatherings and Campus Life programming.

The upper three floors house men and women with multiple individual bathrooms on each floor. Small study rooms and washers and dryers are available on each floor. Rooms include large closets, desks, and dressers. Individual sinks are located in rooms on the second, third, and fourth floors except rooms 235, 335, and 435. Ethernet and wireless internet access are available in each room. Television service is streaming and provided by Xfinity.

The Townhouse Complex is located on the south side of campus. The eighteen individual townhouses were constructed during the summers of 1989 and 1990 and renovated in summer 2016.

Each townhouse has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a common living room, and a full kitchen. Each house holds six upper-class students.

Each townhouse includes closet space, beds, desks, dressers, chairs, and more. Ethernet and wireless internet access are available in each room. Television service is streaming and provided by Xfinity.

Each townhouse has a small patio area behind it. The complex has central air conditioning and a full laundry facility.
