Hilby is a comedic circus stunt performer originally from Germany but has spent most of his life in the U.S. The New York Times calls Hilby “rivetingly absurd.” Operating on the fair circuit, theaters, festivals, colleges and cruise ships all around the world, Hilby performs his highly professional and excruciatingly funny acts for young and old alike.

Saturday, Sept 21^st

10:00am   Historical Walk About Campus – Meet at Emerging Statues

Take a gentle stroll around campus with Archivist, Maureen Cech to learn of the 100-year history of Misericordia University.

11:00am - 1:30pm   Brunch – Metz Dining Hall

Amy Lahart, VP for Mission Integration & Student Life invites all First Gen* parents and students to an informal but “Sweet” session to discuss anything and everything you need to know about your college experience. Updates on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) will be provided and first gen faculty, staff and students will be available to answer all your questions.

1:00pm - 5:00pm   Painting with the Alpacas - Bank’s Lawn

Choose from several designs and relax & enjoy painting these gentle animals.  All materials provided but feel free to bring your own carrots to feed the alpacas.  Space is limited.  Two sessions offered.

8:00pm   Think Fast Trivia- Metz Dining Hall

This fun and interactive game uses provided remote controls and you can compete individually or as a family team. Earn points by answering questions correctly in the least amount of time. Make sure you know your MU trivia!

Prizes can be won throughout the whole game just for showing up!  Come one, come all!

Sunday, Sept. 22^nd  

10:00am   Annual David A. Evans Color Run – Anderson Center

This event is not only fun but supports a great cause in bringing awareness about Suicide Prevention and the funds are used for scholarships to local seniors at Holy Redeemer High School that will be attending Misericordia. Sign up to run/walk this 5K or just come out and cheer others on.
