We welcome you to Misericordia Dining as our guest. We have four unique locations, all designed with your needs and tastes in mind. Our goal is to satisfy your appetite each and every time you dine with us.
Whether you are grabbing a quick bite between classes, meeting friends for coffee, or sitting down for a full meal, there are plenty of options across campus. Students can enjoy familiar favorites like Chick-fil-A and Starbucks, along with a wide variety of freshly prepared dining choices.

Not only do we cater to different tastes and diets, we also believe in the importance of good, quality food. We strive to serve a varied menu daily, with all the staples from home you can count on.
We are pleased to offer a variety of foods including homemade dishes, low-fat, vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan items while also featuring many of the latest dining trends.
Communication is also key to continued success. We have an open-door policy for questions, comments, and complaints, and encourage you to contact us regularly and freely. Our internal website keeps you up to date, and tools like Facebook allow for open feedback and discussions in a public forum.

John and Mary Metz Dining Hall
Located in the Banks Student Life Center, resident students and commuters alike join in the Dining Hall for "all-you-care-to-eat" breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Students with a large variety of tastes and diets will have no problem choosing something from one of our seven dining stations. From J. Clark's Grille for burgers and fries to our fresh salad bar with two hot soups daily, there is always something to enjoy.
Students can pay with their Dining Plan, Dining Dollars, Archie Bucks, credit card, or cash.
The dining hall is not only for eating! Throughout the school year, there are many activities featured during regular dining hours such as Oktoberfest, the Super Bowl Tailgate Luncheon, March Madness, the Ultimate Campus Chef competition, and live entertainment just to name a few!
Have a food allergy or other dietary concern? Our staff, including our Executive Chef, works directly with students with unique diets to ensure everyone is not only accommodated, but carefully considered so that they may enjoy delicious food, too!

Health Science Building Kiosk
Health Science students and faculty have the convenience of our Health Science kiosk for delicious breakfast, lunch, and snack options. Each day, a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, snacks, and drinks are available for purchase. Starbucks coffee, cappuccinos, soup everyday and sushi on Tuesdays and Thursdays are just a few of the treats you will find at the kiosk. Cash equivalency now available! Cash, Credit Cards, and Archie Bucks currently accepted.

Q. What is the difference between Meals, Dining Dollars, and Archie Bucks?
A. Meals are used in the Dining Hall and cash equivalency in all retail locations during breakfast, lunch, and dinner 7 days a week. They are considered declining balance. For example, if you purchase 100 meals, and you eat in the Dining Hall 3 times in one day, your new meal balance is 97. Meals expire at the end of the semester, and do not carry over from semester to semester.
Dining Dollars are the Archie Bucks that come with your Meal Plan. They work like Archie Bucks.
Archie Bucks are a safe way to use money all around campus. Think of Archie Bucks as a pre-paid debit card with your picture on it. Loaded onto your student ID, your purchases are automatically deducted from your pre-paid Archie Bucks. It is a convenient and great supplement to meals. Archie Bucks can be used just like cash at any of our dining locations (John & Mary Metz Dining Hall, Starbucks, MU Bowls and More, Chick-fil-A, and Passan Hall). Additional Archie Bucks can be purchased throughout the semester from the Student Financial Services Office.
Dining Dollars EXPIRE AT THE END OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR OR WHEN YOU NO LONGER CARRY A MEAL PLAN. ARCHIE BUCKS DO NOT EXPIRE.
Q. What if I have a food allergy or other dietary restriction such as a low fat diet? What if I want to live a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle on campus?
A. We are very sensitive to the unique food situations of students, both those who are physically unable to eat certain foods, and those that choose a specific lifestyle. Our staff, including our Chef, works directly with these students on a one-on-one basis to ensure everyone is not only accommodated, but carefully considered so that they may enjoy delicious food while at school.
Q. What do I do if I lost my student ID, need to add meals or Archie Bucks, or have other general questions regarding meal plan policies?
A. To purchase a new ID card or to add Flex Dollars, please contact Student Financial Services at 570-674-6222.
