LCTA Bus

Hop on the local bus to visit even more areas between the Dallas Roundabout & Kingston Corners

Students are able to ride the bus provided by the Luzerne County Transportation Authority.  Visit the LCTA bus schedule for more info regarding the overall transportation service. 

Special rates for student passes

Students are required to present a valid, non-expired Student ID card to purchase and use student passes. Student passes are available to all students in K-12 and higher education, with a school or College-issued ID card. Student passes must be purchased in-person at either of the following locations: LCTA’s Administrative Offices located at 300 S. Pennsylvania Ave., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701, and at the LCTA ticket window located at the James F. Conahan Intermodal Transportation Facility, 47 S Washington St Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701. Additionally, limited passes can be purchased in the Campus Life Office in the Banks Student Life Center.
