Program Information and Options

The Management major at Misericordia University prepares students to lead effectively in today’s dynamic and diverse organizations. With a strong foundation in leadership, organizational behavior, communication, and strategic decision-making, students develop the skills needed to motivate teams, manage resources, and drive organizational success.

Students gain practical experience through case studies, group projects, and internship opportunities that prepare them to navigate real business challenges with confidence.

Graduates of the Management major are well prepared for careers in management, human resources, operations, sales, and supervisory roles across a wide range of industries. The program also provides a strong foundation for students interested in pursuing graduate studies, including an MBA.

The MBA 5th-Year program is for eligible rising Misericordia University seniors who wish to begin their graduate business studies as an undergraduate student. Accepted students will take up to 12 MBA credits within their current program. An applicant may be required to complete leveling courses in business functional areas through Peregrine. The graduate admissions committee will determine if the leveling courses will be taken concurrently with MBA courses or completed prior to starting the MBA program.
