I’m overall very satisfied with my decision of transferring to Misericordia and am a proud alumni and certified radiologic technologist due to their program.

This will set you apart from many other programs. It was the reason I was offered a job so quickly before graduating. I am honored to say I made the right decision to be part of the Misericordia medical imaging program.

I chose Misericordia for the medical imaging program, the many clinical hours and the opportunity for an internship, something many other programs do not offer. I wouldn’t change a thing; this program is the best decision I’ve made.

I was a student in the Medical Imaging program who recently graduated in December 2023. I started my educational journey at Misericordia in the Fall of 2021. My last semester, I took an internship in the cardiac catheterization lab. Since graduation, I passed my boards and took a job at Geisinger CMC, the cardiac cath lab where I was initially an intern. I was a non-traditional student coming to Misericordia. I am a mom, a wife, and a veteran. I was honorably discharged after a four-year contract in January 2021, and began school at LCCC that spring. I had a great experience at Misericordia, and I am thankful my professors encouraged me every step of the way.

"I had the privilege of graduating from the Medical Imaging program at Misericordia University, which undoubtedly became the best four years of my life. The small community within the school allows for lifelong friendships and an exceptional learning experience. All faculty within the program act as family, doing whatever it takes to help you succeed. Between the people I met, the things I’ve learned, and how this program has prepared me for my career, I would go back and do it all over again. It has allowed me to have the life I have always envisioned where I get to help people and make an impact every day."

"When I walked on to Misericordia University’s campus it immediately felt like home. The size of the school and the relationships you make along the way is unmatched. I truly believe that the relationships that you create between not only classmates, but faculty as well is what makes Misericordia so unique. Having professors that genuinely care about you individually makes the experience such a great one. Everyone wants to see you succeed in whatever path you decide."
