Centered on the theme of cultivating a stronger, more collaborative workforce ecosystem, the symposium created an important space for meaningful dialogue around shared challenges, emerging opportunities, and the vital role of strategic partnerships in preparing the workforce of the future.

The University was honored to welcome exceptional speakers and panelists whose insights helped shape the day’s conversation, including Amy Heitzman, Deputy CEO and Chief Learning Officer at UPCEA; Jill Avery-Stoss, President and CEO of The Institute; John Yudichak, President Luzerne County Community College, and Dr. Anthony Guariglia, Administrative Director of the Wilkes-Barre Area Career & Technical Center, along with other distinguished contributors committed to advancing workforce solutions across the region.
