Misericordia University’s Monster Mash Bash Brings Festive Fun to the Community

DALLAS, PA - Misericordia University once again hosted its annual Monster Mash Bash, a spirited Halloween-themed celebration coordinated by the Interprofessional Education (IPE) Committee in partnership with The Arc of Luzerne County.

This year’s event welcomed approximately 180 attendees, including about 40 clients and caregivers from The Arc, for an evening filled with costumes, music, dancing, and seasonal treats.

Guests arrived in festive attire and enjoyed a night of socializing and entertainment. Student clubs across campus contributed goodie bags for all participants, helping to create a warm, inclusive environment that has become a hallmark of the event. Misericordia’s beloved mascot, Archie, made a special appearance, adding to the excitement and celebration.

The Monster Mash Bash is a long-standing tradition supported by dedicated faculty, staff, and student volunteers who work together to ensure the event’s success each year.

Thanks to strong collaboration, enthusiastic volunteers, and the continued partnership with The Arc of Luzerne County, the event remains a well-received highlight for the campus community and guests alike.
