Misericordia University’s Workforce Development Open House Showcases Innovative Career Training Programs

DALLAS, PA — Misericordia University’s Center for Workforce Development and Talent Solutions welcomed community members, business leaders, and educators to campus on September 24 for an open house highlighting the university’s growing role in advancing workforce readiness across the region.

Held in Insalaco Hall, the event offered attendees a firsthand look at Misericordia’s professional development and customized training programs designed to meet the needs of today’s dynamic job market. Guests networked with faculty, program directors, and regional employers while learning about new and emerging opportunities in business fundamentals, business healthcare, analytics and technology, and human development skills.

Throughout the evening, guests engaged in conversations about talent development, explored upcoming course offerings, and shared ideas for collaboration on customized training initiatives.
