The Luzerne County Down Syndrome Network and the Misericordia University Physical Therapy Club will host the 2023 Buddy Walk
The Luzerne County Down Syndrome Network and the Misericordia University Physical Therapy Club will host the 2023 Buddy Walk
The Luzerne County Down Syndrome Network and the Misericordia University Physical Therapy Club will host the 2023 Buddy Walk on Sunday, October 8, at Mangelsdorf Field.
The Buddy Walk promotes awareness and inclusion and raises funds to better the lives of individuals with Down syndrome.
"We are looking forward to bringing the Buddy Walk to Misericordia University," said Alice Uter, secretary of the Luzerne County Down Syndrome Network. "The Misericordia PT Club has been an awesome partner and we are looking forward to a wonderful day."
The event will include live music, food, and raffles.
Registration fee is $20. The first 300 individuals to register by September 22 will receive a free Buddy Walk t-shirt.
