Summary Annual Reports provide you with overall financial information with respect to the employee benefit plans in which you participate or may be eligible to participate. They are supplied to you in accordance with the regulations issued under the Employment Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
Misericordia University maintains these benefit programs to protect you and/or your families while you work for Misericordia University. These summaries reflect the large financial commitment made to provide for your welfare.
