Cap & Gown Ordering 

Important Dates:

Monday, September 30 until Friday, November 17

During this timeframe, graduates can order caps and gowns online from Herff Jones.
The last day to order for free shipping to Campus Store: Saturday, November 2, 2024
      In-store pick-up begins Monday, December 9, 2024
Last day to order for "ship to home" (includes a $14.90 shipping fee): Friday, November 15, 2024

Cap, Gown, and Ticket pick-up will begin Monday, December 9, 2024 in the Campus Store.

Regular Campus Store hours:

• Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

• Saturdays 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Campus Store hours during commencement week will be the same as the above regular hours with the following exception:

• Graduation Day - Sunday, December 15: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Graduates will receive 8 guest tickets for admission to the Commencement Ceremony.

Saturday, December 14

Commencement Rehearsal, 2:00 PM, Anderson Sports and Health Center

A Commencement Rehearsal will be held on Saturday, December 14^th at 2 p.m. in the Anderson Sports and Health Center.  Your participation is expected.  If exceptional circumstances will prevent your attendance, you must contact Sue Barry at sbarry@misericordia.edu.

Sunday, December 15

Baccalaureate Liturgy, 10:30 AM, Lemmond Theater

Graduates and families of all faiths are welcome to participate in the special liturgy, which is part of our Catholic and Mercy tradition (no ticket required).  Be assured that you are remembered in our prayers in a special way as you prepare for your graduation.

Commencement Luncheon, 11:30 AM, Banks Student Life Center

A deli-style luncheon (sandwich/soup/salad) will be held at 11:30 am in the Banks Student Life Center on December 15^th. 

Tickets are $21.95 and are required for guests (no charge for graduates).  They are available for purchase in the Campus Store and must be paid for at the time of reservation.

Misericordia University has arranged with Earl & Sedor Photographic to take photos as each graduate leaves the stage during commencement.
