Cap & Gown Ordering 

Important Dates:

Monday, September 29 until Tuesday, November 18

During this timeframe, graduates can order caps and gowns online from Herff Jones.
The last day to order for free shipping to Campus Store: Monday, October 27, 2025
      In-store pick-up begins Monday, December 1, 2025
Last day to order for "ship to home" (includes a $14.90 shipping fee): Tuesday, November 18, 2025 - ships in 2-3 weeks after ordering

Cap, Gown, and Ticket pick-up will begin Monday, December 1, 2025, in the Campus Store.

Regular Campus Store hours:

• Monday-Friday 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Extended Campus Store hours to begin tickets/cap and gown pick-up December 1st - 5th: 

• Monday, December 1st - Friday, December 5th 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Return to Regular Campus Store hours Monday, December 8th - Friday, December 12th; 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Graduation Day - Sunday, December 14:

• Pop-Up shop at Commencement inside Anderson Center, store will be closed.

Graduates will receive 10 guest tickets for admission to the Commencement Ceremony. Extra tickets are available at the Campus Store should you need them.

Last Call: Class of 2025, 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Archie's Lounge

The tassel is almost yours - so let's raise a glass! As your time at Misericordia University nears its end, we want to celebrate all you've accomplished and the exiting road ahead. It's time to honor YOU, our Fall Class of 2025!

Saturday, December 13

Commencement Rehearsal, 2:00 PM, Anderson Sports and Health Center

A Commencement Rehearsal will be held on Saturday, December 13^th at 2 p.m. in the Anderson Sports and Health Center.  Your participation is expected.  If exceptional circumstances will prevent your attendance, you must contact Kelley Williams at kwilliams1@misericordia.edu.

Sunday, December 14

Baccalaureate Liturgy, 10:30 AM, Mercy Center Chapel.

Graduates and families of all faiths are welcome to participate in the special liturgy, which is part of our Catholic and Mercy tradition (no ticket required).  Be assured that you are remembered in our prayers in a special way as you prepare for your graduation.

Parking is available in lot adjacent to the Occupational and Physical Therapy Building on campus. Academic attire is not required to be worn by graduates, and we encourage students to sit with their families.

Professional Photos

Misericordia University has arranged with Earl & Sedor Photographic to take photos as each graduate leaves the stage during commencement.
